Shipping Information:

Our orders are shipped from our design atelier in India.

 

 

Standard Shipping:

•Delivery Time: 7–10 business days
•Shipping Cost: USD $15–$25
•Free Shipping for: US order above USD $100, and all other worldwide orders above USD $150

Custom Duties/ Taxes:

Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their destination country.

 


Order Processing:

•After payment is confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed at our warehouse.
•You will receive a confirmation email with an order confirmation

 


Delivery Delays:

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
However, delays may occur due to:

•Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
•Customs clearance delays
•Unforeseen logistical issues

 

 

Missing or Undelivered Packages:

If your package has not been delivered, or if the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service within 20 days from the order date.
