Return Authorization

Returns must be pre-authorized before they are sent back.  

If your refund request is not authorized, we will let you know.


Postmark must be within 10 days of receipt of the package.

There will be a $10 per piece re-stocking fee.

The item must be brand new and unused and must be in its original inner packaging.

A receipt or other evidence of purchase is required.

Refunds Denied

Any object that, for reasons not related to our error, is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing pieces.

Any product returned after more than ten days after delivery.

Full Item Refunds

Within a predetermined number of days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be given to your original mode of payment.  

Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

Refunds usually take 2-3 business days. Please get in touch with your bank or credit card company if you haven't received your refund yet.

Please email us at if you've done all of this and you still have not gotten your refund.

Please note the customer pays the return postage.

We will provide a prepaid return label for a purchase that was improperly completed.

The fees of shipping and handling are not refundable.

The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.

You should think about getting shipping insurance or choosing a trackable delivery service.
